carrying of concealed weapons by persons without a concealed weapon permit as
specified; amending a restriction on where a concealed firearm may be carried;
specifying penalties for a second or subsequent offense; and providing for an

shall be punishable as provided in subsection (a) of this section. Any person who carries a concealed firearm is
deemed to have given consent to a chemical test or tests of his blood, breath
or urine for the purpose of determining the alcohol concentration or controlled
