Election Laws - As introduced, requires a county election commission to publish notice of the procedure for voting by absentee ballot in a runoff election in a municipality either on the commission's website or in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality for at least five business days prior to the runoff election. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 3; Title 5, Chapter 1, Part 2 and Title 7.
